Because of this, traditional return policies (based on physical goods) do not apply.

3. Credit Freeze Policy (365 Days Flexibility)

To ensure fairness and flexibility:

  • Customers may freeze their purchase credit for up to 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase.
  • During this time, the credit can be used at any time for any service offered by Kluttel.
  • This replaces the traditional return system and ensures you never lose your value.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not typically provided, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery
  • If we are unable to fulfill the purchased service

If eligible:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
